We are recruiting to fill up the position below:
Job Name: Trade Development Executive
Location: Nigeria
The Job
Conduct surveys, collect and statement market and competitive cleverness to aid
in Managements’ decision making.
Ensure agreed SOPs are strictly honored.
In charge of managing and growing all areas of FMN business
relationship/performance with Sellers to ensure KPI objectives are met.
Manage the day-to-day relationships with the Dealer to accomplish 100% of the
agreed goals.
Manage the retail redistribution team and ensure all groups deliver against
their month to month KPIs.
Mentor the redistribution team, working closely with the region Sales
Supervisor to ensure that training is inlayed.
Qualification
B.Sc. or HND
5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in only two sittings.
Experience:
Minimum 24 months sales experience in a significant FMCG blue chip organization
THE INDIVIDUAL Must:
Be self-driven and focus on oriented.
Be considered a good negotiator.
Be self-motivated.
Have good people management skills.
