Application Requirements

We’re looking for business-oriented candidates who are thinking about learning how to begin a software company. While it’s not really a necessity to have earlier coding experience, a solid interest in studying technology is crucial. We’ve designed the MEST program to offer the business enterprise and specialized skills you’ll need to begin an effective company.

Successful applications should have the following:

A deep passion for starting a software company

Entrepreneurial or corporate and business work experience

A qualification from a high University or Complex College (or comparative experience)

MEST Training Program Overview

The year-long training programme provides Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) with MBA-level entrepreneurship trained in business, software development and communications.

While diving deep into fundamental business and technology ideas, EITs complete 3 Capstones per 12 months - they form groups, produce a concept, build and validate something, attain customers and pitch the theory before our board.

The entire year culminates in your final exam by means of an investor pitch, and some companies will receive seed funding and enter the MEST Incubator.
