Each year, no more than three (one-time) scholarships each well worth EUR 5,000 can be found to prospective grasp students. We would like smart, talented and ambitious people who view themselves as residents of the world.
You meet the criteria for a global Citizen Talent Scholarship if you:
Come from beyond your Netherlands and don’t reside in the Netherlands.
Are enrolling for the very first time in the Hague University
Have never requested this scholarship before.
Have already been conditionally accepted as students (also-called offer of student position) on or before 31 March for the forthcoming academic year.
Application Process
Step 1
Make an application for the Grasp programme of your decision utilizing the online software tool.Step 2
Write an essay (in British, 950 to 1100 words ) detailing why and ways to donate to the multinational, multicultural beehive this is the Hague University and ways to donate to the program of your decision. Please read our essay recommendations and information on the evaluation procedure below before you begin writing.Step 3
Post your essay by completing the scholarship form between 1 November - 31 March.Scholarship assessments and results
We've appointed a committee to guage all essays. The judges will choose the three students whose essays will have impressed them most to get the scholarship. Your choice of the jury is binding and you'll be informed about any of it via email before 15 May.
Please note that you'll only be awarded the scholarship once you've been conditionally accepted and also have met all conditions and conditions of enrolment. After the scholarship has been definitively awarded, the relevant amount (€ 5000) will be waived from the tuition charge being the last instalment.
By submitting your essay, you are giving us the to publish it, if we desire to. Scholarship winners are also likely to participate positively in the program and its assessments, become an ambassador of the Expert programmes, and donate to the internationalisation of our organization.
