Job Name: Sales Professional - FMCG
Location: Nationwide

Job Summary

The Sales Professional is accountable for overseeing all the actions related to sales in a specified section of the country. The primary job is to meet and surpass sales targets arranged by the ongoing company for the given area, while making sure excellent customer support at fine times.

Responsibilities & Responsibilities

Liaise with the Regional Sales Supervisor frequently to coordinate the sales activities in the specified area.

Supervise and perform the sales of the company’s products over the specified area.

Make sure that the focuses on set by the business for the specified area are regularly achieved while delivering excellent customer support.

Sustains rapport with key accounts by causing frequent visits to be able to explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities.

Develop home based business and increase customer base because they build relationships with existing buyers and creating contacts with potential customers.

Ensure that all sales & stock records properly are and accurately compiled, which such information are forwarded to the Regional Sales Supervisor on a regular basis promptly.

Prepare stock requisitions from customers and ensure that orders are executed promptly and accurately.

Ensure the effective issuance of invoices to customers for all those delivered shares/orders.

Verify and ensure the payments created by customers in the company’s specified bank accounts, relative to company policy.

Prepare and submit an in depth monthly are accountable to the Regional Sales Supervisor on the 1st of each following month, which include competitor activity, accurate price audits, and the state of the company’s and competitors’ promotions & promotions.

Monitor the actions of the Sales Associates to ensure that the company’s products are effectively distributed & visibly displayed at shops in the region.

Make sure that the Sales Reps operate of their designated territories while attaining their respective goals.

Make sure that the sales vans with the Sales Associates are used and well maintained properly, to be able to attain minimum amount or no downtime.

Ensure that sales policies and procedures strictly are adhered to, and protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Monitor all sorts of advertisements and marketing promotions operating in the specified area.

Help out with increasing the overall awareness and promoting the sales of products over the specified area.

Perform some other relevant responsibilities which may be assigned every once in awhile by the Regional Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications

University Level or its comparative in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration and/or Social Sciences. Possession of other relevant professional qualifications shall be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

AGE:

 25-35 years preferable

Required Skills: 

Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Additional Skills:

Sales driven and customer focused.
Excellent communication, reporting & interpersonal skills.
Self-discipline with good prioritization and time management skills.
Willingness to visit and ability to operate under pressure to accomplish set targets.

Job Name: Regional Sales Supervisor (Inverters & Batteries)

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Supervisor is in charge of overseeing all the actions related to sales in a specified region of the united states.
The primary task is to meet and exceed sales targets set by the ongoing company for the specified region, while ensuring excellent customer support at fine times.


Responsibilities & Responsibilities

Liaise with the Zonal Sales Supervisor frequently to coordinate all the sales activities in the specified region.

Assist the Zonal Sales Manager in the preparation of sales programs, finances and forecasts for the given region.

Supervise and implement the overall sales of the company’s products over the specified region.
Immediate and control the actions of the Sales Supervisors to ensure that programs are executed and goals realized.

Qualifications:
